Shipping & Returns

All orders made via this site are pre-orders and will be shipped August 2021.

Once we receive your order you'll receive an 'order confirmation' email. Once your order is shipped you'll receive a 'shipping confirmation' email containing a tracking number of your package.

Import Fees & Taxes

For all orders, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival and are not covered by shipping costs charged at checkout. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to determine customs fees in advance as they vary from country to country or state to state. If you need more information about these charges, contact your local customs office.

Shipping from £14.95.* Orders will be shipped from August 2021.

USA
Shipping from £28.99.* Orders will be shipped from August 2021.

Rest of World
Shipping from £26.99.* Order will be shipped from August 2021.

Refund Policy

We're sure you're going to love your note it, however if you unpack it and decide that it doesn't meet your expectations and isn't right for you - drop us an email straight away at noteitstationery@gmail.com.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to cancel your order and 7 days to ship your return (the return needs to be postmarked within these 7 days).

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a damaged item, a flat £15 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note we are not able to exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product, you'll need to return your original order and place a new one.

Please note that you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will quality check it to ensure that the products are in their original, unused condition. Once we verify this, we will process your refund. Depending on your original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund in your account.

Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us at noteitstationery@gmail.com, with images documenting the damage, within 5 working days of the delivery date. We will inspect each complaint individually and offer replacement items where deemed appropriate.
